Twigs Bistro And Martini - Meridian

I ordered the Twigs burger and found a dirty fork, along with what I believe was wax paper mixed into the burger patty. While the flavor of the burger was quite good, I think I’ll have to skip returning in the future.

The appetizer was enjoyable, though not exceptional. The steak, on the other hand, was cooked to perfection, but the cheese had a gritty texture that was frankly off-putting. The mahi mahi tacos were decent, but they could have used more flavor. My salad was good, but it felt like it was lacking an element to elevate it. On a positive note, the service was outstanding.

The service was exceptional, and our waiter was quite knowledgeable about the menu. We began our meal with Roasted Brussels Sprouts and Smoked Salmon Artichoke Dip, both of which were delicious. Among our party of four, we ordered the Truffle Penne, Grilled Coulotte, Fig Prosciutto Flatbread, and Chicken Parmesan as our main courses. To celebrate the occasion, we also enjoyed a bottle of Champagne. Typically, we don’t indulge in dessert, but we couldn't resist sharing the Crème Brûlée from the menu—it was fantastic! We enjoyed our experience so much that we decided to return over the weekend to try their brunch menu. One notable aspect was that, unlike many popular breakfast spots, we did not have to wait and were seated immediately. We savored the Monte Cristo and Crab Lemon Benedict, both of which were excellent. Overall, we had a wonderful meal and will definitely be returning for brunch again!

Had appetizers with a couple friends tonight. I ordered the brussel sprouts. They were ok. They lacked flavor and were kinda soggy. Wish they were more roasted and crispy. The egg on top was cooked perfectly. Overall a decent app. Our server was sweet and attentive. I appreciate a server that stays on top of our beverages. Great place for drinks and friend time.
