Pizza Hut - Meridianville

Got 4 pizzas for my sons birthday party yesterday and they were not made well. Hardly any sauce and hardly any cheese. I used to love this location but I?m disappointed every time I get pizza from here now, probably won?t be back.

Not sure what?s going on with the sauce but it was so salty I couldn?t eat it. The last time I ordered one it was the same way but worse! It had so much sauce the toppings would not stay on. I?m a Pizza Hut lover but the last two orders were horrible. We have ordered in the past and been super happy with the way they tasted. The sauce was so strong and overpowering. I?m not sure how to describe it.

I ordered 3 large pizzas and the website said pick up would be ready about 25 minutes later. I call on my way there to set the order up for the contactless curb pick up. They ask me what car I drive, etc. I show up and park right in front of the door to the establishment. I call, then am placed on hold immediately for 5 minutes. Finally, someone picks up and I let them know that I am there for my order and I?m right out front. I was told someone would be right out. After sitting there for another 45 minutes, I finally decide to call back and am placed on hold. Again. Someone picks up and I remind them that I have been sitting for 45 minutes on someone to bring my pizzas out. Mind you I had my 2 year old asleep in the vehicle with me. They apologize and then another 5 minutes goes by. My pizza was finally brought out and the girl apologized. No one offered to make the mistake right or anything. This is not how a business should operate. Terrible service.

Best pasta ever!! The bread did not look good, I was upset until I tasted it! IT WAS DELISH!!!

Order a pizza with my rewards points. When I picked my pizza and got to car I realized it wasn't what I ordered.I went back inside and told the manager that my pizza was not what I ordered online.Without hesitation he said what did you order we will remake it for you.There wasn't a flinch he immediately re made my pizza.With all the pizza choices that we have,this service is why I will continue to order from this location.The pizza was good but the service was 5 star great!
