Starbucks - Merrick

Pretty fast line speed, but on weekends the place gets backed up. Minus a star for some rude employees that don't seem to understand paying 4.00 for a coffee includes the experience. All in all a good place to get coffee.

The staff that works at this location are the best!! Fast, reliable, service with a smile! Ordering in store or mobile, there is never a long wait for your beverage or food. Although I like to support the local coffee shops in town, I do enjoy going to this location because of the staff and that it's always very clean and tidy!

What an embarrassment to the Starbucks brand. Workers are lazy and have unfocused attitudes. A mobile customer asked for a straw and the 3 baristas couldn?t be bothered to assist, he left in frustration. I brought my own cup, and they wouldn?t fill my personal cup, even tho every other Starbucks I?ve been to in the last 3 months gladly provides this service. Store is a disaster and needs better leadership.

I loved this Starbucks Nagie was so helpful, Accommodating and treated me so kindly She deserves a raise ?? Definitely my favorite Starbucks because of her. And will be coming back.

Coffee was great, service was friendly wifi worked very well. People around me were friendly but for the sake of humanity freaking Christmas music September 21. Freaking Christmas music. Can you freaking let pumpkin spice season go by.
