This was the best place for 43 years or so. The menu keeps changing, the options are fewer, the prices go up. George is still there; yay!!! The dessert case is gone and has been replaced with a counter and stool chairs. (They still offer desserts, but not as many). The world has changed and they are adapting to the changes too. It?s still a place to go but it?s not the same. The salad bar was among the best, it?s long gone. Go and see for yourself! My favorite eggplant is
This morning, I had breakfast at Pan Am based on a friend's recommendation. Like the other reviews mentioned, this is a family owned business with service and food at excellent quality and reasonable prices. No waiting in long lines similar to other breakfast spots. Try the French Toast platter real brioche bread!
The gyro and fries were excellent. Long time low-key at this location. Greek entrees and sandwiches available. Great service.
1st visit earlier was fine. Returned today for 2nd visit. Extremely disappointed and will be sure never to return. I ordered a $23 meal for mahi mahi which comes with spinach and sweet potatoes as sides as well as soup or salad. They did not have spinach so I agreed to broccoli. I requested fries instead of the sweet potatoe mash. I got upcharged $5.00. I was told I would be given salad to take home. I was not given either soup or house salad which comes with meal
