Edited this review from a long time ago because the location is no longer the same as it used to be. Any time you go here, you 'll ask for a certain flavor of ice cream and they 'll never have it. And it 's not because it 's a busy location where product just sells out. It 's usually pretty dead there. So you get the impression that they didn 't even order it or it 's in some back freezer somewhere and they were like, "Nahh, I 'm not wasting my time putting that out today. "It 's so bad, in fact, that I finally just gave up and stopped going to this location. I got tired of hearing flavors weren 't available and then being in the drive-thru trying to figure out which flavor to ask for next. I just basically told myself to pretend this place doesn 't exist and to just go to either the location on US 30 or the one in Griffith.
The location of this restaurant is really bad, I have to say. It's within walking distance of a large apartment complex and many homes where you could attract children (for ice cream) or adults (for coffee), yet the dining area is never open. On top of that, the survey codes and store number don't work when you try to complete surveys, which makes me question if this is a legitimate store. Meanwhile, other restaurants and fast food establishments in the area are operating without any issues. It seems like they are only concerned about making money and not providing good customer service.
Went with granddaughters ordered 2 double as scoop cups and paid for 2 double scoops. Got home 2single scoops in bag. Never get the we order right.
They're always out if everything. Extremely slow a few of them are just diwn right rude and you can necer go by the hours posted. and ho
