Feedback gevenWent with a party of 4 an hour before closing and sat in the bar. Every table was dirty. The bartender that waited on us was excellent! Food was good, hot and fresh. Other than it being messy, great experience.
Worst customer service from the bartender she was very rude !! her name was aurora. i would never let her service me again!!! messed up my order twice and when i told her about it she got an attitude with us about it…she didn’t come and check on our table to see if we needed anything. kept ignoring me and my husbands table didn’t refill our drinks at all. we had to wave down another server who was in the dinning area to help us cause our server didn’t. she didn’t give us no napkins or silverware when we sat down or when our food came out. she slapped our receipt down on the table when it was time to pay and just walked away i felt very disrespected at this point cause of how she was acting to me and my husband but to everyone else she was not acting likes this. so i really had a bad time at buffalo wild wings when i went
Waitress was nice, but everything else was awful. My girlfriend had her order delivered wrong then got it fixed then it was burnt to a crisp. It was black. Then I didn't have a fork when trying to debonair my wings so I was covered in sauce and had 2 napkins. Won't be coming back anytime soon.Vegetarian options: Be ready for a super burnt and crispy burger.

So, let me start with the restaurant was clean and organized.No visits to the rest room.Food was good.Now service Waitress very snappy.Hayley,rushed us to order.I ask to change a condiment for my limited verbal son during my initial order right after I told her what i wanted and then my son.She said but you said blue cheese.I said thats okay.When it was time to pay she rushed us and then left with a audible sigh. The Manager came by and ask was I ready.I gave it to her.No intentions not to pay here to review.Then she the server came back and confronted me, because her Manager told her I felt rushed.She had an attitude and said rudely I have other tables I wasnt rushing you etc....Customer service horrible.I informed the Msnager but Mayley had an attitude on 3/1/24 @5:38pm.The attitude started with my initial order and me ordering water.I drink detox water no pop at home my choice.Just because people ask for water doesnt mean one cant afford a beverage and a tip.Please train your servers customer service and not to confront customers.Theres a difference betwreen confronting and apologizing.Hayley was unproffessional and lacked proper server performance Netcastnews review by Kia
