Feedback gevenAs a customer, I really don't want to hear about the staff's internal dynamics. What truly matters to me is how my wife, who is simply trying to place an order, is treated. The bottom line is that she decided to cancel the order and place it with another location instead, while I've made the choice to never return to that place again. We will not support poor behavior with our hard-earned money. My advice to the staff is to learn how to treat customers with appreciation and respect when taking phone orders. Management should focus on providing more than just food—consideration and concern for customers are essential.
I’m lowering the rating because we ordered two sets of six wings, and both were dry and seemed reheated, not fresh at all. Please do better, Sharks. Food: 1/5
The food isn't always fresh. For example, I ordered a large catfish steak, and while the outside was crispy, the edges on the inside were dry and clearly overcooked. It tasted like it had been reheated. Food rating: 3/5.
I didn't even get a chance to order but I would never come back to this location again they didn't respond to me when I pulled up to the intercom but they responded to other customersFood: 1/5
I just ordered some wings from them. They were bland and hard. Absolutely the worst wings I have ever had IN MY LIFE! They should be ashamed of themselves for selling chicken like this. No lemon pepper taste at all and the meat inside was hard. Chicken was old! I will NEVER be back at this Sharks again!
