Feedback gevenThe servers and staff were outstanding! We received quick service and everyone was incredibly friendly. The food was fresh, hot, and delicious. However, paying $50 for two burgers and boneless wings seemed a bit pricey, especially since we didn't have any beer as the bar was closed during our visit. Overall, the staff was super friendly, but the prices felt steep.
We frequently visit a fast-food burger place. Normally, we sit at the bar, but this time we encountered a bit of a wait due to a shortage of servers. We almost decided to leave, but we ended up staying. Jonathan and the rest of the staff who assisted him took great care of us.
Last night, I went with a party of seven to celebrate my nephew's birthday. The restaurant wasn't very busy, but the staff informed us that there were just two kitchens. I really appreciate that. The waitress brought out our food quickly, and all of our orders were correct. The service was excellent! There were only a few employees available to sing for the birthday, but even the kitchen staff came out to join in on the birthday song. I was extremely impressed by the outstanding service, especially given the minimal staff on hand last night.
Love the staff and the atmosphere, but the food was not so great, I will say it is definitely too expensive and they cut the parts of what it was earlier. I paid $50 with tip for burgers and pommes for two with a drink. Probably not be back to eating much more sensible.
It's red Robin. More specifically, it's Red Robin after the whole pandemic deal. I've never really cared for their food. So I'm not really going to comment on it too much. It's not great, not the worst ever. But the 3 stars is for taking 45 minutes for a single (one extra fry order (you know, cause unlimited sides... and literally having a server from another section come complain to her coworker (standing next to our table about being overwhelmed. I counted her having 2 tables. I served for years, I get being overwhelmed. I never once complained about it to a coworker while standing next to diners. The restaurant was about 35% full. So I really don't know what was going on there on the evening we ate. Just a poor experience all around. Again. The food has never been great, so I'm giving that a pass in this review. But the lack of any sort of reasonable wait times for food and general lack of even half way common sense by a server dropped my review a bit. Our server was okay. He was personable and did his part. All in all, it's Red Robin, I didn't go in expecting much and honestly got a bit less than what I was hoping for. Cheers.
