The Honey Baked Ham Company

Very disappointing experience. The owner seemed more focused on his phone than on the customers. The staff, mostly older women, were not very inviting. They didn't have any soup available, even though there were cans on the shelves. Why can't the owner take care of this? I was shocked to find that an Easter ham cost $109, and everything else on the menu seemed to be for sale as well. I ended up getting my ham from another store. It took forever to get my sandwich as well. Overall, not a great place to visit.

I had a disappointing experience with the salesperson. She was quite rude, which was embarrassing for both her and the company. I've been ordering Honey Baked (Heavenly Ham) for 25 years.

I was sad when they stopped the pasta salad and then sader when they broke out marble. the chicken salad is not as good as before. I know because that was my favorite and the only sandwich I would have. I wish they would reconsider their change. if it's not broken? Why are they trying to fix it?

The sandwiches are delicious! The honey-baked ham is always top-notch. I just wish they were more popular and offered a loyalty program!

My ham was dry and the crunchy goodness was gone from the outside. Very disappointed!
