Uma Foods - Merrillville

The food options and prices at this restaurant are amazing! I had enough food to last me at least a week and spent less than $50. The owner is very friendly, and the samosas at the counter are fantastic. They also sell saffron, which I haven't been able to find anywhere else.

A hidden gem in NW indiana.great selection (almost comparable to patel brothers) and great prices too. They also have a section of the store dedicated to European groceries :meat, cheese, chocolates which is an added bonus.

This was our first visit to The Load today. The owner was extremely friendly and guided us through the menu. We ended up purchasing supplies to make our own delicious hummus and also tried their various flavors of naan, which were all very satisfying. We also tried some other Indian dishes for dinner. While this cuisine is new to us, we have been thoroughly impressed with everything so far. We will definitely be returning in the future!

This restaurant is the coolest food store in the area! It takes about 10 minutes just to get through the door, where you'll find a wide variety of European cheeses. My favorite is the Bulgarian water buffalo cheese. They also have a selection of Indian and European snacks and foods that I've never heard of before. It's so much fun to try something new at this place.

Everything you need and more. I was very impressed by the selection of articles and the customer service. I'm going to buy regularly.
