Luna Caprese - Merrimack

Everything was excellent. From the delicious, authentic food (unlike any around here), to the fantastic service and attention from the owner, Antonio. The menu is extensive and unique and everything we ordered was cooked to order, fresh, and so flavorful. Can't wait to go back!

I used to go to this place when it was Ya Mamma's I decided to give it a try. I ordered 2 soups (minestrone and pasta e fagioli). They were the worst soups I have ever received at a restaurant. As you can see by the photo, really just a bunch of pasta with frozen vegetables. No broth, just a very small amount of watery tomato sauce at the bottom of the containers. Horrible definitely not what I expected. I reached out to Luna Caprese. Their response was basically in the winter and due to escalating food costs, this is how they prepare their soups. A can of soup from the grocery store would have been better than what I received at this restaurant.

The restaurant needs to be careful about who they allow to use company vehicles. Today is Halloween and I was trick-or-treating with my daughter along with a group of her friends in a very quiet neighborhood. A pickup truck with a Luna Caprese logo on the side driven by an older man zoomed down the street. Several parents indicated he should slow down. He flashed his lights, waved his arms and yelled out his window for everyone to get out of his way. Then he accelerated off again until he got to the next group of children and repeated. He almost hit my daughter. A very bad look for the restaurant! Based on the restaurants' responses to some negative reviews, I'm guessing that is their attitude towards everything. I won't be eating there anytime soon.

The restaurant should be careful who drives their company vehicle. trick or treating with my daughter and a group of her friends. a fast driving pickup truck with the Luna Caprese logo on the side zoomed through our quiet neighborhood and almost hit the kids. The older male driver responded by flashing his lights, waving his arms and yelling out the window for everyone to get out of his way. he then accelerated rapidly until he got to the next group of children and did the same thing. I read some negative reviews and saw the restaurants' responses. not a good look! (I have video of the vehicle, Luna Caprese logo, driver and license plate if the restaurant would like to contact me neighbor has an outdoor security camera

This is a genuine Italian dining experience. Antonio is beyond helpful, he truly goes above and beyond. His attentiveness to the customer is arguably the best part of the experience, but obviously the food is the wonderful gem upon the crown that is Luna Caprese.
