Kelsey's - Merritt Island

Excellent pizza when I went, great atmosphere all the way from the dining room to the bathroom. Great friendly service, not to understand some of these reviews. Maybe call and try to fix a problem before just a bad review guys.

Good selection of pizza and other menu items. This place shares a kitchen with Jack and Harry. (The bar next door). It is an unusual set, but it works. Kelsey is more family-friendly, while Jack and Harry's are a typical bar experience. Eating was good and servers were nice.

I ordered a pizza and salad, but I was disobeyed for blows; When I arrived, they apologised not only, but made it new, and gave me a free beer while waiting. Errors happen, especially when places are busy, so this is a Rockstar way to manage the situation. Your pizzas and salads are excellent, we find ourselves with Kelsey's more and more for our outgoing desire.

Unfortunately, this business has been in a downward spiral for some time. I waited to write this low review in the hope that things would turn around. The food quality is very dirty. 17$ for a fist full of armchairs with broken Alfredo sauce and a microwave chicken normally used in salads. I don't know who Kelsey is, but she stopped nurturing.

Burger was raw unfortunately. I ordered a small salad got a huge one. I even questioned the server as she asked me if I wanted a small salad and she said yes we do that and it came out huge. Waited for a box while my husband waited for hso burger to be recooked. Never got the box. Not the best service and serving raw food is a no no for me.
