Mary Brown's - Merritt

This place is pretty much like KFC but better quality, although also a little bit more expensive. I went through the drive through and was served very quickly. About the only thing I was thrilled with is that their drinks are just cans of pop instead of fountain drinks. Still definitely a place to go if you're in the mood for fried chicken.

Best fast food in merritt. Friendly staff. Not the best looking resturant but good food and staff make up for that

Stopped to fuel up nearby and had never tried Mary Brown.Went in to an empty restaurant and ordered a combination chicken box.The chicken was dry,the fries greasy and value just average.Another fast food franchise that sacrifices health and nutrician for speed.

For those familiar with the gasoline alley that is De Wolf Way in Merritt, you will recall that there was the other famous fried chicken place located here. It has been replaced by Mary Brown's which is a notch above in quality. The food was fresh and good though I didn't care for the french fry wedges that they serve. This place is good for a quick meal if you've come off the highway to get gas as it has a drive through lane too.

I never had this huh, so I thought I would try. it was soou good and at a reasonable price. my biggest compliment has to go to the young lady who took orders (about the juli she was polite, friendly and...professional the kitchen insisted that there was a light problem with the piece of chicken order of a customer. something like there would have to be white and dark pieces if they wanted it right away. if not, it would be about minutes. the customer had a meltdown that you only liked dark meat and there was no possibility that they could wait minutes as they were in a hurry. good lordin. it's just a few minutes. they went with their man and grew up to take what they had when they couldn't wait. the hired was polite and apologised, not that it was her fault. the employee also had to take a large order of a few ladies who did not know what they wanted and changed it over time. it's huh, let's not complicate the things. the employee was again polite and very efficient to change their order. well done at this place.
