Feedback gevenWhile Sofra Adana may not have the most appealing interior, the food is excellent and the staff are very friendly.
The customer service was appalling. The staff member was rude and it took 40 minutes for our order to be taken. When we asked about our order, he yelled at us. It was a terrible experience; I wouldn’t recommend bringing families here. I refuse to pay for poor service and being shouted at.
I typically take precautions when it comes to food, but I decided to go out with some friends who were eager to dine at this place. Unfortunately, I ended up feeling very unwell after having their changeover doner. I will be reporting this to the local council and NSW Health.
I experienced extremely rude and cold service, particularly from the bearded staff member. Seriously, relax – I’m paying for your service, not just getting free food. I won't be returning; this place isn’t worth my money. On the other hand, Meza in the shopping center is fantastic with excellent service, though unfortunately, they don’t stay open late. Biber Diner may take a while for simple kebabs, but at least the staff has a better attitude. I would give Sofra Adana zero stars.
I received the completely wrong order through delivery and they refused to do anything about it. The service was absolutely terrible, and the incorrect food was also disgusting. I would definitely recommend avoiding this place.
