Suk Saran - Merton

I was pleasantly surprised to find a good "new" restaurant in Wimbledon, which is actually quite old. Suk Saran is the lesser-known sibling of Fulham's Sukho and has recently relocated to the city. I had passed by it numerous times (it is tucked between two pubs) before eventually deciding to try a meal there. In hindsight, this was rather foolish, as Suk Saran is not just a good option for Wimbledon - it is simply a great restaurant.

The dining experience was enjoyable. My friend and I typically overorder, but we made an effort to order less this time. The portions were smaller than expected, but the dishes we chose were delicious. We ended up ordering three dishes in total. The service, typical of Thai restaurants, was attentive and quick. The bill was reasonable considering the quality of the ingredients and meat.
