Showed up 30 min after they opened to grab a quick meal for my kids and they told me it would be a 10 min wait cause they just turned their fryers on. So what was supposed to be a fast food stop turned into a 20 min wait at the window while I had 4toddlers screaming in my truck. Worst experience ever.

If I could give a half a star I would the drive thru attendant which was a female was the worst customer service ever she didn?t tip my like everyone else does and also my cups were not capped and then her face was like she was disgusted when I asked forcaps and also for a cup of ice water she literally shoved it in my face and she brought my fries she closed the window and leftdidn?t have no customer service skills at all This was on august 4th around 9 ish pm

Every time We go the ice creamOr Mr Misty is melted.for the last couple of years. I never experience that issue anywhere else.

If I don't get it with a combo, it's not a side. it's an escape. Honestly, manager with milk queen. Why would they not just charge me extra and give me a combo? it's not difficult. but instead they lose the sale both on the curd and on the drink.

I love dq, I think his strokes mixed with good sweetness. it never feels that the lines are always long, no matter whether they go when we went, we waited, how we always did and came to the windo and they were out of everything I wanted I was disappointed, but still got something so that it was not waiting for anything. the young woman was pretty nice with the situation and I got a good bad going back to just to see her better
