Placed a large order for a birthday party and of course they have no quality and are too lazy to check the receipt as they are filling the order . Forgot to put the sauce in the bag and charged me $26.99 for a small maybe 8oz of Mac and cheese after the order said family size Mac and Cheese along with 2 containers of sauce minimum for 6 lbs of meat. Incompetent but the bbq was tasty too bad we had to use our own sauce
I am giving this restaurant 1 star because I wish I could give 0 stars. I placed an online order and instead of fulfilling my order, they took the orders of 9 people who walked in after me. To make matters worse, they ran out of the item I had ordered. I felt sorry for the lone employee who was overwhelmed with the workload. It's unfair to leave the entire store in the hands of one person. More help is needed here.
Our experience at this restaurant was unusual. Upon arriving, we noticed the place was empty with a hand-written sign on the door stating "Bathroom break. Be back in 5-10 minutes." Despite this, there was someone behind the counter so we decided to go in. Once inside, we saw another hand-written sign on the menu board stating that the prices were $2-3 more than listed. Furthermore, the AC wasn't working on one side of the store. Despite these setbacks, the food was decent. The brisket was a bit tough and the bun was soggy, but the pulled pork was tasty.
We spent over $500 on food from Dickey's for our school's graduation event for kids with learning differences. We arranged for delivery, but unfortunately, Dickey's never showed up on the day of the event. After contacting them, we learned that our order had been misplaced by a manager and they were unable to fulfill it. We had to cancel the order and quickly order from Bobby Q's barbecue, who delivered the food within 20 minutes. To make matters worse, Dickey's manager promised a refund but never followed through, so we had to dispute the charge with our school's credit card company. These actions are extremely disappointing and should be embarrassing to the owner of this location. They should be ashamed of their lack of professionalism.
