Filberto's Mexican Food - Mesa

I typically don't like to complain, but I have reached my limit. This used to be my favorite restaurant, but the last few times I have been disappointed with the food. On my most recent visit, two out of my five rolled tacos had no meat in them. I am now in search of a new spot to eat.

The lack of politeness was noticeable regardless of the time of day at the drive-through. The massive pothole at the entrance is borderline damaging to cars. Some items are overpriced considering they use cheaper ingredients for Mexican food. The soda is often flat or has an off taste. It seems like this location and company do not care much about customer satisfaction. I will be going to Los Favoritos instead.

This restaurant is absolutely awful. I have stopped going here to eat because of this exact reason. I discovered hair in my food and when I brought it up to the staff, they were more interested in talking about their own hair than addressing the issue. They refused to do anything to fix the problem and accused me of lying. I even have a photo of the hair in my food. It is clear that this restaurant does not follow proper health standards or use hair nets. I am extremely disappointed and would give this place zero stars if I could. I wasted my money and time here, so I urge others not to eat here.

Never had a bad burrito or experience here. Writing this review is making me want a burrito.
