Firehouse Subs Mckellips Marketplace

5 people working, 3 people including me waiting for sandwiches. 3 employees speak and laugh and do not move. No napkins everywhere, very dirty in public areas to get a drink, bread is super dry / sale, meat is even more dry. I love fireworks, but this place is garbage. Order 12:45 pm 12/3/22 Saturday, received 1:08 pm.

Slow service, but good food. The coke machine was empty too and we had to ask to fill it. When we asked the server for trouble

I've been going to this location for years. This is the first time I have been extremely disappointed with the quality of the sandwich not to mention my order was completely screwed up and backwards. What I (ordered) Hook and Ladder on wheat no onions, New York Steamer on white how I comes. What I received, Hook and Ladder meat and the cheese only on white none of the condiments it was supposed to come with very dry sandwich. New York Steamer on wheat with the condiments that should have on the Hook and Ladder including the onions. This was a soggy sandwich very disappointed in the lack of attention to detail that clearly took place. If I wanted soggy nasty sandwiches I'd go to Subway. I've purchased dozens of sandwiches at this location and this is the I've been this disappointed with what I received.

Delicious, but the workers had my food on Standby and that was a problem because I was at lunch, it made me late.

Definitely recommend this location super friendly customer service, the service manager there was a fantastic work supporting her team preparing the lunch for the staff I see with work, so again thank you so much my team is very remarkable for the staff at this location amazing customer service experience.
