Feedback gevenGeneral manager does not know how to run the store he is a mess and as I walk in I see a bottle of vodka and he is black out drunk on the kitchen floor. I like your food, but do better Hungry Howies!
Horribly managed, I saw the general manager black out drunk laying on the kitchen floor asleep as the employees were trying to get him out of the store. GM does not deserve a job and any respectable establishment would hire a more trust worthy manager.
Order ahead on weekends. Went in after watching the latest TMNT movie with my son, thinking we could get a pizza in a reasonable time, and one of two staff (that I could see) told me it would be 60-90 minutes.....dang it. They need more space.
They only made part of my order so I had to wait an extra 15 min to get my order.
Came in to pick up an order on Doordash and was told 10 min. 25 min later and not a single employee will acknowledge I'm still waiting. We don't get paid waiting on these so please respect our time. Not cool.
