Hungry Howie's Pizza - Mesa

Ordered online at 11pm closes at 12pm. Employee called to cancel my order 10 mins later because he was alone…

I called tonight at 9:20 to place an order for pick up and the guy on the phone said sorry we aren't taking anymore pickup orders and I asked why not and then he said cause they turn the ovens off at 9:30 I said ok well it says u don't close till 10 and it's 9:20, he cuts me off and then says sorry have a great night and hangs up the phone. Horrible to have people working for ur business that don't really want to work! Horrible customer service and won't be order from here ever again!!

Howie's wins on taste, service, and ambiance. Additionally the service is fast and friendly. I recommend Howie's without reservation.

This first time I came to this location it was great but it went completely downhill after that first experience.The cook in the back has an attitude problem. I came in an hour before they closed and he was upset with me for ordering 2 pizzas because they were closing in an hour????Today I showed up at 11:15 to return the terrible cinnabread they made the other day and the doors are still locked???Who ever runs this store is going to be looking for a job soon because this is unacceptable. If the business opens at 11:00 am why am I still sitting outside at 11:20 ???Do NOT come here

Will never be ordering from Hungry Howies again, placed an online order last night, they delivered the wrong pizza , spent over an hour trying to get someone on the phone to correct our order, to no avail. Ended up ordering the same order again , well 4 hours after placing my original order we finally got our pizza at 1030 pm and it was cold, I had to pay twice just to get my order correct and never got ahold of anyone the whole time, absolutely disgusted by their service .
