In-n-out Burger - Mesa

The food is generally quite good, although the fries can be hit or miss. However, the burgers are fantastic! Unfortunately, the drive-thru parking situation is terrible. I witnessed someone cut in front of about eight cars, including mine, and despite us all honking, nothing was done about it. It also took us 25 minutes to get through because once you’re parked, it’s nearly impossible to get out.

Kathleen is fantastic! She works in the drive-thru and has exceptional customer service skills. Despite the long line and the busy atmosphere, I ordered a Flying Dutchman, thinking it was an onion wrap. She quickly and effortlessly corrected my order with no hesitation or negative attitude. She assured me she would take care of it and bring my order out to me without any issue, which was a relief since I thought I'd have to wait in line again. I had been waiting for quite some time, and a young man in glasses also helped by delivering my order to me. Everyone here has a great attitude, and I truly appreciate their outstanding customer service!

I have one question: where's the beef? I ended up tossing away a third of the bun because there was hardly any burger left.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at In-N-Out Burger, and I must say, it was a delightful experience! Hot and Fresh: Right off the bat, I was impressed by how hot and fresh my meal was. The burgers were made to order, and you could definitely taste the quality ingredients. The fries were also crispy and perfectly cooked, making for a satisfying side. Animal Style: I opted for the Animal Style burger, and it did not disappoint! The combination of grilled onions, extra spread, and cheese elevated the classic burger to a whole new level. The flavors melded beautifully, creating a deliciously indulgent treat that I can't recommend enough. Friendly Staff: The staff at In-N-Out were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They took the time to ensure my order was correct and even offered helpful suggestions. It's always nice to be greeted with a smile, and their positive energy added to the overall experience. Quick Service: I was pleasantly surprised by how quick the service was. Even during a busy lunch rush, my order was prepared in a timely manner without sacrificing quality. It's refreshing to find a place that values both speed and quality. Overall, my experience at In-N-Out Burger was fantastic! From the hot and fresh food to the friendly staff and quick service, I left with a full belly and a smile on my face. I can't wait to go back and try more from their menu!

They are super fast and nice! I love the grilled onions, when I ask for extra they pile on sky high! I go out of my way to go to this one!!
