Jimmy John's - Mesa

I really love this location. I always make a stop here to pick up a sandwich when I'm leaving the city. It's conveniently accessible from the highway, and the service is incredibly quick. The staff is always friendly and welcoming.

The sandwiches were delicious, well-prepared, and served with a friendly smile. Having run a sandwich shop with my family, I can say that theirs come pretty close to ours. I just wish they'd add a bit more meat to the sandwiches. It would also be great if they offered potato or macaroni salad as a side instead of just chips or a pickle.

According to their website, they're supposed to be open until 9:00 p.m., and Google states they close at 8:00 p.m., but every time I attempt to place an order, this place appears to be closed. I tried ordering around 3:30 p.m. today, and they were closed. I experienced the same issue last week when I wanted to order dinner. I usually don’t write reviews, but this is quite frustrating. I decided to give it another chance today, and as of 2:30 p.m. on September 14th, they are still closed.

Pathetic! More concerned about getting out of the door quickly rather than providing a decent product?..even a passable product would have worked?.this sucks. They charged 13 bucks for this trash.

They have one person working I placed my order online to be ready as soon as possible it took one hour to prepare with an empty store the first sandwich came out fine the second one was as thin as a bread stick this is the last time I'll do business with Jimmy John's.
