Krispy Kreme - Mesa

We made our selection and went to the cash register to check out. While we waited, several employees came and went. A manager assisted another customer who pointed out that we had been waiting. I asked to speak with the manager, but he was far from helpful. His explanation was that he couldn't be expected to oversee everything. The place wasn’t busy, and there were at least nine employees mostly standing around.

Well, that's just amazing my second visit in two months and I've heard others say the same. the lobby has been closed for weeks so that no warm krispy kreme donuts for everyone in public anymore. last time I went through the lane, the dame did not give me my debit card back and I had asked myself twice as if I had asked for something that I did not give her? wherew this place is really sucking because my order was also wrong! second krispy kreme visited in arizona in as many months and ask the same as the second. no longer business of me at least in this state.

Purchased this specialty dozen and today had deal for $1 dozen (chocolate covered regular ones)!! Friendly service. Short line at drive thru which is awesome (didn't want to hassle with taking baby out of the car).

Best visit here!! My cashier Claire was exceptionally helpful!!! I will definitely be back to this location!

Donuts were ice cold…. Asked if they could warm them somehow they said they don’t have a microwave, but I could have a free glazed donut. No thank you… I just want my donuts warm as they should be.
