Most stale donuts ever bruh, the customer service sucked too. Stood in front of the girl for ten minutes and she never asked “how can i help you”. she looked cracked out too. don’t come her unless you want nasty donuts. bosa better

Girls in the Drive-Thru didn't want to be disturbed in the morning when we left. we had a question about something and she could either not hear me or she didn't decide. Maybe just a busy morning, not sure, but it won't scare me off the return. we'll see you next Sunday.

Randy is one of the most rude people I've ever met! he lacks customer service skills! I annoyed when I told him I need a minute. this place needs a new assistant manager! we are no longer coming to this place. scottsdale location is better!

I haven't been with krispy crimson for years. on Thursday, 1st september, I went through the trip at 21:00. I was very clear that I wanted the stuffed donut with white frosting. I got them at kk. I was sure they had them. I paid $12.00 for 6 donuts. I have 6 donuts at home that were hard as a rock. even 30 seconds in the microwave they had softened hard. they were not what I ordered. I stopped going to kk years ago because they weren't as good as bosa. I was reminded of why.

I love their donuts! free rehearsals. delicious, to take home and a bit warm. great service. I wish they hadn't closed so many places.
