Little Caesars Pizza - Mesa

Her pizza went down hills in the 10s I went there. I'd rather have a frozen pizza over there. It was cooked over, the cheese was burned and it tastes coarse. I'll never buy them again.

Little Caesar?s used to be really good. But something changed in the way they make their pizzas about 4 years ago. Less cheese, dough isn?t as fresh, and it?s no longer ?Hot and Ready? as they claim. On top of the downward trajectory in quality, they?ve jacked up their prices and expect consumers to buy their pizza over other cheap pizza options that are out there. Hopefully one day they?ll get back to how they used to be.

Outstanding customer service with a smile and empathetic/caring approach by the very cordial enigmatic Matthew; presumably the manager. Also huge shout out to the best of my recollection server/cashier who was assisting him to Ashley...you rock! Thank you both for making this an exceptional and prompt I might add dining yummy experience! Alas, my only feedback is the breadsticks although delicious were a tad warm and not necessarily hot as we always request them golden and/or well-done with extra parmesan cheese. Yet the service extraordinaire supersedes this little snafu as it noteworthy of stars across the board! Thank you also Matthew for the cookies for the kids!

They were very busy. The pizza was good. We only ordered pepperoni pizza and cheese pizza and one specialty pizza. The wait was an hour. One lady was asking for her money back. I'm not sure why there wasn't any hot and ready pepperoni and cheese especially on a Friday night.

Had a problem with my bread sticks and and the wrong crust on one of my pizzas brought order back and they redone my whole order for free and the cost of the order no complaints here
