Mcdonald's - Mesa

I tried to place my order using the app, but I had to call for assistance because it had changed. The person on the line wasn't very helpful. After figuring things out and paying for my order through the app, I found out they were part of Sweet Tea. When I received my order and sat down, I realized they had covered every single electrical outlet in the place to keep the homeless away. The fries I got were overcooked and lacked any seasoning; they were very bland. Honestly, it reminded me of McDonald's.

If they enjoy going to a restaurant and ordering in the cash register ready and all the staff see them as their inconveniences as they are sneaking around exceptionally lazy, then this is the one for them! I have experienced the employees here who literally tell a story about the night, while the customers are secured in the inner and in the car thru. simply skip this place and go to val vista and university. this location has a great customer service and much fresher eating. they also have their playground open in the opposite direction to the main street and Gilbert location, where everything is terrible in every sight.

I don't expect much of mcdonalds, but somehow this fell short. there was an automated vote on the drive thru saying that my drive thru code was ready for what I did, but then it could not accept. even if I hang my phone to show the deal, my in app deal has not been accepted, not credited even though it was visible to them. beyond that when I left, they had no soda! a thing I expect from mcdonalds is at least the drinks. this is only a grief, but they did not mark sose after I had asked for it, and got none. Overall, here only the minimum I expected from a mcdonalds was missed on a series of because. it is also a scandal because its only mcdonalds

It is a real gift that this mcdonald’s location has given us by giving us the worst possible McDonald’s they can go. I don't know how they do it, but they never get their order right and eating is always boiled. the drinks are more and more coal than anything else. have they ever got a burger of mcdonald’s? I did, it was this one, and when we wore it up, they just said oh yes, we were training someone new. please bring it together. it is mcdonalds no restaurant. my God.

It’s like every time I go there now. They are making my orders wrong. This time around…. I had ordered a crispy chicken sandwich. I got a hot freaking small chicken that didn’t even fit the buns, with two small tomatoes and over killed it with the sauce. I disguised with it. I wasn’t about to go back after waiting patiently in the long line they had tonight and they weren’t letting anyone in. I have been so patient with them to the point of me writing a bad review now. How can this keep happening to me there?! What did they not understand what I ordered?!?!
