At 1am, there aren't a lot of food places open, so naturally, this location was packed with customers. Management, however, deemed it appropriate to have only one employee working. If that isn't a safety violation, it should be. The employee was handling it like a champ, but no one should be forced to work that hard, and (since I know corporate cares more about customers than employees) I have to mention that this made the wait time pretty damn long.
This location by far has employees with the lowest intelligence. Your order will be wrong 99% of the time and also take longer than anywhere else. The employees might as well file for welfare as that would be a better way to serve society by being taken out of it.
I had a question about an app deal, and the person at the window was very helpful and kind. They ven tried to see if they could make it work for me. At the payment window smiley and friendly people. At the pickup window, again smiles and gratitude. This was a great experience! They had a long line in front of me, so they were busy, but they were still nice.
I've been to some pretty bad places before, but this one really took the cake tonight. I waited 30 minutes in the drive-thru line for my food. When I went inside to pick it up, only a few of the employees were actually working. I had ordered a chicken sandwich, but what I received was just a bun with no chicken and a burnt bottom. It had some sauce and lettuce on it, but the tomato was on the side, and still no chicken. This is exactly why they deserve to stay at minimum wage.
