PF Chang's Superstition Springs - Mesa

We’d been a little turned off on our last few visits to PF Chang’s well over a year ago but decided to go again to the Mesa location for happy hour last week. Waited forever for additional round of cocktails with an apology from the server and didn’t even get the slightest buzz whatsoever after three cocktails. First time that ever happened after three drinks. The appetizers ordered were meh at best. My hubby liked his chicken pad Thai, however. Family in booth next to us were overheard complaining and left abruptly. Our decision? We’re done here.

The food was delicious. Our server Kristen was outstanding.

This is our third time making a reservation at this restaurant, but upon arrival, our reservation could not be found. We also made a booking for Valentine's Day, but upon our arrival, there was no record of our reservation for that day either.

The restaurant was fine for New Year's Eve, but reservations were delayed by 30 minutes.

The food is always good. The server was very confidant, yet made a couple of mistakes on the order; he did make it right through. Overall fine, but not as good as it once was. Not terribly busy for a Friday night during the holidays.
