Sauce Pizza Wine - Mesa

I ordered the Pasta Chicken Broccoli and the Mozzarella/Fontina and basil pizza to take away. The pasta only had 1.5 pieces of broccoli, when it should have had 8-12 pieces. The pizza had extra cheese added for $2.00, but it was still dry and crispy all the way through, and overcooked. The pizzas here always seem to be burnt or have holes in them. The pasta dishes are often missing ingredients. There was a mix of clean and dirty dishes at the window where orders were being prepared, to-go orders were not ready when I arrived, staff were walking around the kitchen with their hair down, and sanitary cloths were left on the window counter with food placed on top. There was no organization in the kitchen or dining area, and half of the lights in the dining room were not working. It would be best to shut down this restaurant and get rid of this disgrace to Dana Park forever.

I would not recommend this restaurant. I am not sure what the attraction of this place is, as they only offer small pizzas that are not only expensive but also of low quality. They do not offer breadsticks, wings, jalapeños, pineapple, or other typical items found at a good pizza restaurant. They did offer to sell me a piece of cheese on a toothpick for $2.50, and they do have cheap bottles of wine available. Unfortunately, they burned my pizza after a 30-minute wait, and I did not have time to have it remade. I will not be returning to this establishment.

The food at this restaurant is great, but I always feel rushed when dining out in this country. There is a sign asking customers not to take a seat until they place an order at the register, which made my friends and I feel uncomfortable when we wanted to wait to order until everyone arrived. Even after we finished eating, we felt pressured to leave by the staff, despite there being plenty of open tables. In other countries, dining is seen as a social experience where you are expected to sit, eat slowly, and enjoy yourself and your company. I wish restaurants here would value their customers more.

My son and I went to Sauce for the 4th and was our first time at this location. I must say I was impressed by the customer service Dashawn gave us. The pasta we ordered took alittle longer than we expected but he made it right for us and gave us 2complimentary cookies and we were happy. He was pleasant and respectful of our time although we didn't really have anythinggoing on. Lol thank you for the excellent customer service!

We ordered our at work last week and I had lasagna. It was so good! So today I ordered again for lunch for three of us. I got lasagna and my husband and daughter got mac and cheese with chicken (supposedly) the Mac and cheese was so dry my husband had tomake cheese sauce so he could choke it down and there was some chicken sprinkled in if that's what you want to call it. However, this isn't even the worst! I got to the end of my lasagna and found PLASTIC! Lord knows how much I ate. Gross.
