Sonic Drive-in - Mesa

I would suggest going to a different location or trying a different restaurant altogether. My experience at this place was not great. I placed a mobile order, checked in, and was told my food would be ready soon. However, we ended up waiting over 40 minutes while watching others receive their food. When we finally inquired about our order, we were told it would be brought out immediately. The food looked like it was thrown in the bag and was cold and hard. Our drinks were melted and there were no apologies given for the poor service. Overall, I was very disappointed with the lack of attention and care from Sonic.

I visited this restaurant because of the coupons on the app. I have to say that their burgers, especially the grilled cheese and classic burger, are some of the best fast food burgers I have ever had. They were very warm and juicy. I will definitely be returning.

I ordered on the app at 10:30pm and my food arrived just 4 minutes later. They brought out the 1/2 price Tuesday cheeseburger, which was hot and delicious. I was expecting a single patty but it turned out to be a double, which was a pleasant surprise.

This Sonic was busy when I went, but I got my order in within seconds after hitting the button and got my meal put fast! I was very impressed. The meal was perfect nothing was wrong with it plus it was hot and delicious. I recommend this sonic! P.S. you can never go wrong with the sweet delicious onion rings.

Ordered our food and there was too much confusion on a simple order. By the time we got our order we were missing a burger and when we explain the situation it was as if we were talking Greek. Luckily after the second time of trying to correct the issue using a different person at the register we received the burger we were missing. Way too much confusion for such an easy order
