Feedback gevenI ordered a large portion of cheese tots, but they were burnt and lacked cheese. Disappointing. We also ordered two shakes, one fudge and one strawberry, but both tasted and looked like vanilla. Not impressed.
We have been living in this area for years, but we have never had a positive experience at this restaurant location until recently. The service we received the other day was the quickest and friendliest we have ever experienced. Although there was a mistake on a large order, the manager promptly contacted me to rectify the situation. Kudos to the staff for their excellent customer service.
I stopped by the drive-thru tonight and the young woman taking the orders at the window was extremely friendly and had a unique tone of voice that was refreshing to hear. Even though I had to change my order because they were out of Coke, I couldn't get upset because she was so pleasant. I believe great service like that deserves to be acknowledged.
This is one of the few restaurants I take my children to. Unlike other places, their zucchini sticks and mozzarella sticks don't taste like they were cooked in old oil. The customer service is excellent and our orders are always accurate.
I waited 20 minutes for my online order at this restaurant, but had to go through the drive-thru to get their attention. When they finally handed me my 6 slushies, it was done in a very awkward manner. The way they were handed to me was so careless that when I made a simple turn, they all fell to the floor. I returned to the restaurant, but all they did was give me some paper towels without any apology or acknowledgment of the incident. I spent 30 minutes in their parking lot cleaning up the mess, losing money in the process and having to clean my car. As a result, my family went without their drinks. It would have been nice to receive at least an apology, but it seems like this is just what one can expect from a big company. They know that others will continue to patronize their establishment, so losing one customer like myself is not a significant loss to them.
