Feedback gevenWe went to order food and they told us that because they were incapable of keeping up with the orders we couldn?t order food. They said this to many customers. While waiting for our smoothies, a lady walks in and orders smoothies and food. They take her order and then she receives her smoothie AND food that they were supposedly too busy to make for anyone else, before we got our smoothies ordered 10 min prior.
Showed up an hour after they were supposed to be open and there was no one there. It seemed like the crew just left or decided not to show up that morning. I'm going to say that if they didn't show up then the crew probably needs to get paid better to make it worth it to show up. I have had multiple bad experiences here but this one proves why Jamba Juice is just better.
Smoothie and food was good, a bit pricey, but not the biggest issue. This review is for the management. Are you involved at all in training your employees in customer service and product knowledge?? 1st: I said I wanted frito-lays chips as my side, and was told that you only have baked chips not frito-lay. I understand that most if not all the employees are teenagers, but I had to tell the kid who took my order that frito-lay is the company that makes the chips. 2nd: the other employee just walked out from the kitchen with a bag not knowing the name on the order and just stood there not knowing who to give it to. If you're going to ask for a name for the order, make sure all employees know to call out the name for the order when it is ready so they know who to give it to. And based on the other reviews this location has a lot of issues. Please be more invoved and so better.
I placed an online order and was told it would be ready by 11:55. When I arrived at 11:58, my order was not complete. Another family came in 10 minutes after me and still received their food and drinks before I did. I had to complain for them to start making my smoothie, and was told they were busy. I understand being busy, but that doesn't explain why the other family who ordered after me got their food first. The girl who brought my smoothie couldn't hand it to me directly, she had to put it on the counter and wouldn't look at me or talk to me. She even turned the tag away from me so I had to turn it to see it was mine. When I got home, my wrap and chips were incorrect. It's been a while since I've been to a Tropical Smoothie, and I was excited to have it again, especially since I work nearby. However, I won't be returning to this location. I followed the owner's suggestion to reach out for a resolution, but despite doing the receipt survey requesting to be contacted, I never heard back. This owner/operator is really dropping the ball.
I ordered a Santa Fe quesadilla and chose a banana as a side. When I got home, I discovered that I actually received a PB and Banana Flatbread that was meant for Angie's through Door Dash. The banana was so mushy that it couldn't even be picked up without smashing in my fingers. I called the restaurant and went back to get the correct quesadilla, along with an apple. The apple had something unknown on it and a bad spot on one side, but they still served it. I even took pictures of it!
