Feedback gevenThe manager had the temperature set so low that it felt like you could hang meat in there—it was freezing! The previous manager was also quite cold, but he seemed more focused on giving free soda to homeless individuals. It occurred to me that if the environment is uncomfortable, the people working there won't be motivated to keep it clean. By the way, I’m a former branch manager for Wendy's for three years, and I don't think the standards have changed all that much. However, I have to say, the burger was fantastic!
I got a chili. I was two in the line. it took 18 minutes to visit. without potatoes available for everyone. that was very low on chili. the gentleman at the front counter with the pink hair seemed very confused and had no experience. my understanding is that he has been one there, but they have no help.
Line was extremely long, there were 5-6 employees who all had an employment or were mentally not there. how complete idiots run around. like bumper cars in one another. it was ridiculous.
Wow, the Frosty just got smaller, but the price hasn't changed! I spent nearly $9.00 on two large (but more like medium-sized) Frosties. On the bright side, the staff is very nice, and the new burgers are amazing!
Well.... I just want to say, we love Wendy's! But, what happened today is sooooo annoying!!!!We ordered a Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger with mustard, ketchup and a lot of onion only. (exactly what i said) The woman asked if I wanted mayo. I repeated mustard, ketchup and onion ONLY! (I stressed ONLY) The woman was nice, said she got it.We arrived home and opened the burger..it came with lettuce, tomatoe and 1 piece of onion!GEEZ!!!!! Next time, we will be sitting in the drive thru opening our order to make sure it's correct!!!!!! Come on Wendy's.... you can do better!!!
