Feedback gevenI waited for 3or4 minutes to order and in the middle to give him a layer manager, pull my order to order command. this is not very good customer service. I turn around and left without giving an order. service: 1/5
I always listen to this wendy’s while I work in the evening, and the crew there is excellent, especially the manager I see all the time. Eating and service is always great, they have a loyal customer from me.
I come here at least once a week. they are always good. sometimes they forget my cookies, but they always do it right. tonight I asked if it was possible to get my fryed without salt, it sounds silly, but it really makes such a big difference for me. the woman in the car was so nice about it. Thank you! I just don't feel terrible when I feed excessively salty pommes.
I asked the woman at the counter about that crispy chicken sandwich they have advertised on the wall. It advertised it is hot and spicy. I asked her if she had just a plain one and she said yes I go OK I’ll have that. It came out wasn’t even crispy hardly any breading it was probably as thick as a quarter no taste. Went up to her later showed her it she goes oh that’s our crispy chicken sandwich. I pointed to the picture and I said I asked for that one without the space. She said nothing. But insisting that the one I got was a crispy chicken sandwich. Very very very very disappointing
We were acknowledged at the order speaker and was told they would be right back to take our order. We then sat at the speaker in the drive thru for 10 min (no exaggeration) waiting for employee to come back and take our order. Never happened so we eventually just left. Nobody in front of us in line- absolutely NO EXCUSE!
