Charleys Cheesesteaks - Mesquite

I would never complete my order at this restaurant and the attitude of the staff was terrible. I hope they shut down, honestly. Someone else should definitely own this establishment.

The food portions at this restaurant are small, the chicken was extremely dry, and everything was overpriced. I requested extra ranch for my sandwich because there was hardly any on it, but the staff made it difficult for me. If they are arguing over something as simple as ranch, they clearly have larger problems. Additionally, the restrooms were dirty.

When they called my order I went to pick up my food at the counter and they didn 't provide a bag, woman with short hair got rude and had an attitude then handed me a bag and walked off. I asked her you couldn 't help me put the order in the bag? She acted like she couldn 't hear me. They don 't wear nametags so I can 't provide the name. Her tone was just rude overall.

Had a taste for a cheesesteak and saw this place the other day after getting tacos across the street…Ordered online, food was ready when I arrived, got the standard Philly and the Old School. Customer service was cool…Both were so good, I wanted to go back for dinner. I love the Philly’s from Jersey Mike’s but this is now my go-to spot.

Ordered Uber eats from here and got the large chicken Philly and a small chicken Philly and a large fry. Everything was eh EXCEPT THE LARGE CHICKEN PHILLY! The Philly was sooo soggy I couldn’t and wouldn’t eat it. Tried to call the store to give them the sandwich back, no answer. The large was 14.99 Uber eats gave me 8.09 back like really? My very first order from Charley’s and will be my freaking last! If you knew it would soggy like that, don’t sell it or change the packaging or,,, do the sandwiches the right way ??
