Feedback gevenIf it was just about food and service, I would give this location a 5-star rating, but it is not. I brought my son specifically here to eat and let him play, unfortunately we discovered that they removed the play area to make an employee tear area. I know that this is a very busy place it is always packed inside and there are 3 drive thru lines at any time, but this was a great appeal. Please bring back the game area this mother and many others will be grateful!

My family and I decided to chick-fil-a after my Sons Band concert. Remember, this is the first time that we are dining at this point after the pandemic. Of course, vey was disappointed. We go in and the first think that the young lady behind the register says “just to let you know that we close the lobby in 9 min” no “hi, hi are you guys doing”. I still decided because we were driving over 15min to get to this place. My family and I had nothing but stars from the employee. Remember that there are still 5 tables filled with guest. I felt so eager and not even ending my meal! Definitely try another location!
Placed a catering order and I came there a little early because of bad weather. The food was hot and fresh. I didn't have to wait long. Staff helped me to my car and was so friendly and helpful. Food: 5/5
I’m so upset with location after 10 years of coming here the service has gotten so bad!!. I called to complain about the spicy deluxe the bread was so hard, chicken was cold not even a little bit warm just plain cold. Look at my fries what a joke all of those baby crumble and one large soggy fry, my nephew didn’t like his strips he only ate his macaroni and my husband nuggets were gross too much grease just sitting there for a while. The manager Bailey confirmed sometimes these are premade and the kitchen must have given me a old set.. I asked for a full refund or full replacement she said Ok and that she will be getting out of work soon, I came back and spoke to the manager BRETT he only wanted to refund replace ONE meal. After paying $35 for a family of three I had to go and spend another $30 because none of this food got eaten expect for the soup and macaroni. I called corporate, Bailey Brett if you’re reading this do better. Have your kitchen staff do better and aware to throw out old premade food that has been sitting there for a while.
