Sonic Drive-in - Mesquite

This place might just hold the record for the longest wait ever. It was excruciatingly slow, and I really disliked the experience. I was with four other family members in my car, and even though we were among the first to arrive, we ended up being the last ones served. In total, we waited about an hour and a half. I do not recommend going here.

This place has really gone downhill! I'm done coming here. I ordered one drink and two Brezel Twists, and after ten minutes of waiting (despite the restaurant not being busy), I had to ask about my order. Instead of mine, they brought out someone else's order and completely forgot about me. They asked for my order at 4:07 and I finally received it at 4:08—absolutely ridiculous, especially since the Brezel Twists were ice cold. I also noticed that the happy hour pricing for the drink wasn’t applied. When the carhop realized there was another mistake with an order, I mentioned that mine was also wrong, and he became rude and arrogant. He nearly didn’t even give me my drink. When I expressed my frustration, I was told not to escalate the situation. It’s time for new management and better training for the staff! I’m done with this location, and it’s disappointing because I’ve been a loyal customer here for at least six years.

Terrible experience with the night crew. I ordered $40 worth of food only to have the staff cut half of it after I had already paid. To make matters worse, they accused me of saying inappropriate things. I won’t be coming back for at least 100 years. Also, I didn't appreciate the burnt bacon bits on my burger. Food rating: 2/5.

I don't know what all bad reviews are for every time I come here, it's always great I rarely have problems eating is always fresh tonight on 21. November at 10:45 in the night ordered something completely out of the wall I was greeted with full respect and willingness to take the order and made it perfect the way I asked, have no complaints about the food of the General Manager is the one that took my order Plus brought it out to me, he was nothing

You know the Holidays are here when you get a drink cup with cute decorations at Sonic..Had to grab a drink on my way to visit family.The lady who brought my drink to my car was very sweet. The drink was mighty good, too. Cheers? and Blessings
