Feedback gevenFirst the guy couldn't get my order correct, he repeated what I said 3 times and it was still wrong! I received all of 3 black olives, and 2 pickles ? not only is this location unprofessional via the drive thru, they clearly can't get orders right!
1st visit i ordered 3 subs on the app placed the order 7:51pm and chose the option to pick up the order 8:20pm. around 8:10 i received a call from the restaurant informing me that they were out of chicken,tuna,bacon,tomatoes,onions,green bell peppers,most of the breads.2nd visit today same situation it has not changed this time they had no chips.decided to just leave and try another location it aint the employees fault all this mediocre situation its the owners fault for not having the product available so that his workers could fulfill the orders.
Haven't been here in years. Went because I had a gift card. Got two footlongs for $22. See why I stop going there it is to high. The service was great. Food made exactly like I wanted.
Yesterday, I perderse online. Went to the store had to wait 30 minutes for two subs.In the process I saw the shift lead/ supervisor notice her employees mistake with putting the wrong veggies on the sandwich. The supervisor grabbed the sandwich, flipped it over the sandwich it was supposed to go on; the. Proceeds to make the sandwich.This should’ve been a red flag not to get a sandwich. But I did.Got home. No meat on either of the sandwiches.It is not that hard to work in food service
1st time order from this location, and i ordered turkey and cheese on multigrain bread...the bread was really good and fresh! The only thing I would do different nx time is ask easy on the mayo....way too much, but I ate it anyway!Would like to also mention Grubhub delivery was really fast!!!
