Baskin-robbins - Metairie

We went to the restaurant to try some of the new dishes we saw online. Unfortunately, they never have any of them available. There are no milk-free options or advertised flavors either.

I stopped by the late-night drive-thru last night and encountered a long line, but it moved swiftly! The staff was friendly and professional. The chocolate shakes were delicious! We will definitely be returning for more desserts. Thank you, Baskin-Robbins!

The person who took our order was extremely rude and seemed rushed to get us to place our order.

Every time I order... its great! Order is always made to perfection. When I ordered on Uber and wasn't able to customize... I called the store and it was taken care of! Great service!
