Ben's Burgers - Metairie

This place is fantastic! The food is delicious, and the staff is incredibly friendly. Every time I dine here, I feel like I’m being welcomed as family. I've always left feeling more than satisfied! A big thank you to Ben for moving away from Buds and their subpar offerings. Since it transformed into Ben's Burgers, this place has truly improved 100%! The 'Big Ben' burger is incredible, and those funnel fries are utterly addictive. I would highly recommend this spot to anyone. My family and I plan to stop by every time we visit New Orleans.

Delicious food and friendly service. I always seek out local restaurants that are a bit off the beaten path, and sometimes I strike gold and discover a hidden gem. This was definitely one of those occasions! Ben’s Burger exceeded my expectations.

What a fantastic place to visit! The burger and toppings were delicious, fresh, and the conversations with the locals made it even better. The chili fries were amazing, and I also tried the beignet fries — I regretted not ordering those as well!

Ok. So this is a revision from my last review,because of not accepting credit cards. Now that they are, I figured to go give it a proper try, and I was not disappointed. I ordered a burger with chicken nuggets. The nuggets seemed like they could have been frozen,but were fried in front of me,and tasted great nonetheless. The burger was good as well. There is nothing like a burger over charcoal. I would definitely go there again to try more things there, and to support a local establishment. I would definitely consider this a much better choice over a normal fast food joint.

Onion rings are excellent. I always get the #5 and it is really good. Plus the chocolate shake is awesome!
