Feedback gevenLIVID! It’s 6:15, the restaurant isn’t open and the employee inside chooses not to alert ANYONE in the drive through that they’re unable to open the store until a second employee arrives.
CCs management out of Baton Rouge continues to make policies that discourage loyalty. The latest is when I order a grande coffee and a triple espresso. I ask for a little cream in both. (Cream from the fridge, not steamed). Apparently the cream in coffee if free, but add a little cold cream to an espresso drink and BAM, 75 cents. Management says, “just order the cream in the little containers”. This makes no sense. I could hold up your driveway and create trash OR I could try to add cream while driving. This continues a long history of why this once large chain shrinks in locations. I was literally once told by management in Baton Rouge that my order was “taking advantage of the menu”. Don’t get me started on the worst loyalty program I have ever seen. (Who lets points expire?!? And cant bother to have a POS that attaches the points to my credit card) Honestly, just shutdown your stores and let a coffee shop that cares about growing loyalty move in.

Forcing people to buy something just to do something simple as use the restroom. I was in line literally to buy something and refused to allow me to use the restroom unless I had a receipt. I will not be buying anything ever again from this place, my business will go elsewhere. Also, I will be making sure that nobody in my family ever comes here again.
I have consistently gone to this location for five years and it 's always been impeccable service. new management took over and all of the original staff either quit or was fired, and the new staff they replaced them with is rude and incompetent. I stopped saying super grande a month ago because they always hand me a medium sized. I was nice about it so many times until today. the employee working drive thru (who refused to give me her name) tried to hand me a medium and I nicely explained I asked for a large. she said excuse me? ok? well we will just remake it? then proceeded to drink the wrong sized one in front of me at the window. she then slammed the window shut, brought me the correct sized one after a few minutes. I asked for my receipt and she aggressively snatched it off the printer and shoved it at my hand. she was incredibly horrible and I will be contacting corporate.
