Absolutely horrible, the after taste is absolute cancer. No offense to cancer patients. Go to Starbucks instead. My girlfriend invited me to try bubble tea on a beautiful Sunday and took me to this place. Never again…Never

Highly inadequate customer service. The staff was not friendly, welcoming, or helpful. They had a lot of prepared teas and they were just sitting on the counter for a while instead of being called out as ready. We realized this when we and several other customers started going up to the counter since our wait had been quite long already. First impression, serving is really nice then fast. They are also really friendly and helpful since it's my first time there. I ordered Brulee milk tea drink, so basically its a plan on top. Usually I don't like sweet a lot so I ordered 75% sugar but guess what, it doesn't taste sweet at all. It's actually pretty balanced and boba tastes pretty good too. Definitely recommend.

I asked for no ice and was told that I’d get a reduced amount. Fine, ice takes space, I figure a little reduction is fine. Except I end up with 2/3rds of my large cup.

Tried this place for the time and already live it. They use fresh taro and it's awesome.
