Holiday Inn Metairie New Orleans, An Ihg

Great place to stay. They made our first trip to New Orleans amazing. The people who work there go beyond and beyond. They left us a late check-out and some people working there asked us how our stay went and whether they could help make it better.

My stay was great! I was already at 5 star hotels and compared it wasn't bad. Yes, it is a little dated in some areas, but it was clean and the staff was excellent. I also enjoyed eating in the restaurant. The only real concern was how high the beds were. As a senior or as a handicap person you need a step stool

Rooms, lobby and bathroom were clean. Staff were very helpful and professional. This will be my visit to New Orleans.

Nice room, reception less exciting but overall good stay. They sent my shirt I left in the hotel room. Keeps 5 stars.

Im giving it a 3 because the breakfast was plain sausage and bacon was soak sitting in grease and the room doesn't have microwave, no coffee in breakfast area but there was orange juice. Other than that I would give it a 4.3. Stay was great. Front was super friendly. Housekeeper was awesome. Room was super clean
