Panda Express - Metairie

They had no soy sauce! How in the heck a Chinese place don’t have soy sauce? I had to wait until I got home to enjoy my food. Because I cannot eat fried rice without soy sauce.

I love Panda Express, but I had a disappointing experience recently. I ordered an orange bun for my little sister, and to my surprise, there were lipstick stains all over the inside of the package, mixed in with pieces of honey walnut shrimp that we hadn't ordered.

Traveling for business.Drive through visit was fast and correct. Food was Hot and delicious. First time visit but won't be the last before leaving town. Great service and courteous staff

The food was absolutely delicious! The staff, especially Aliyah, is outstanding! However, I hope you can fix some issues as soon as possible: the air conditioning is not working, making the restaurant too hot; the ice machine is broken; and there is no water available in the lobby.

I have fairly small appetite. I order the kids bowl. There were barely any moons in My Home. More vegetables then noodles. The bowl was 2/3 empty. I thought to myself well at least I have a cookie I can snack on but nope. I got freaking apple slices I hate apples. So I thought I could at least get a little sugar from my drink. Nope! I choked on my damn soda because it had had so much carbonation in it. I would’ve much rather contacted the company directly to satisfy this very poor experience but I was not given a receipt either!
