Pei Wei Asian Express - Metairie

Good food but my problem is their customer service. They rush instead of listening to you. Especially around lunch rush at 12:00. Also, when ordering the amount you would expect to get compared to what they give you is shockingly disappointing. You get more rice than meat. They pick at how much you get and if you ask for extra they charge you 3 items instead of 2. If you're going to count what goes on everyone's plate what's the point of having a restaurant.?other than that no complaints food is a 5 star but service is a 2.

The food was o.k. Chicken is small enough to pick up with toothpicks. But the worst part was how they made a mistake when giving people their money back. They would first hit the register and then only give change back. Then after the people would ask, where is the rest of my change, they pretend to be dumb for 5 seconds, then procede to give the people their hatd earned money.

Got the Mongolian and sesame chicken. Horrible. The rice is even worse. The Mr. Pibb is flat as F. I can't believe I paid $10 for this. I'm throwing it away and going somewhere else. Would not recommend. Dog food sounds like a better option. 2.2 stars is really hard to do. You really have to suck and this place truly does. Should have read the reviews first.
