Subway - Metairie

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. I waited over 20 minutes without any acknowledgment from the staff; the blonde girl with tattoos didn't say a word and didn't apologize when I arrived. The customer service was poor, and I never received my food. I won't be returning.

I had a delightful veggie sandwich with extra cheese this afternoon—the best Subway I’ve had in years! The bread was perfect! The staff, consisting of two young ladies and a gentleman, were charming and incredibly friendly. One of the young ladies seemed to be new or in training, and her colleagues were very supportive in helping her. It’s a dedicated team. I’ll definitely be back!

The young lady who prepared my sandwich was incredibly polite, friendly, and very helpful. I will definitely return to this place, even if it's no longer around.

Left, because manager did not demand that men wear a mask rough behavior so late in the pandemic

Not safe, the female employee's mask didn't cover her nose, you could see her black horseshoe nose ring. She doesn't change her gloves between using the register and dealing with the food. She didn't know how to properly put her gloves on. Big cross contamination problem.
