I placed an order in the Subway app and thought that I was ordering it from the Subway on Airline near my house. When I showed up at my nearby Subway, they told me that they hadn?t received the order. When I discovered my error, I called the other Subway and asked if they could cancel my order. The owner repeatedly told me that the order was already made. I asked if he could take out the 3 cookies and two bags of chips out of the bag and refund my money for those. He said that he could not because the order was already made. If you want poor customer service go to this Subway, if you want great customer service go to the Subway at Airline and Labarre.
I walked out and definitely won't be back. Person preparing food has no mask on despite statewide mandate and preparing food.
I regret going to this subway everytime, they don't know how to make sandwiches, they dont understand what a little or alot means, and is just the worst subway in the area.
The store is clean and the staff appear to be nice but there is no way to communicate. I asked to double toast it but they only heated the meat. The wrap itself was cold and the cheese was not melted. This is a convenient location but to pay over $15 for a sandwich that is not done the way you want is not worth it.
