The Cheesecake Factory - Metairie

Started off with the Strawberry Martini which was refreshing, slightly sweet with a nice sugar rim the perfect amount of Vodka to make it strong but not too strong, if you know what I mean. It was garnished with a fresh strawberry that I devoured beforetaking a pic. Oops! Our server John, who was also the bartender, made them perfect was very attentive throughout our entiremeal. Thanks John! I enjoyed the Cheeseburger Spring Rolls as my main lunch which was the perfect size?for me. A lil greasy butvery tasty, especially with their mayo dipping sauce. The second sauce was a melted cheese which I didn?t really go for, buttasted fine. Of course I left with a pineapple upside down cheesecake the classic strawberry cheesecake that I brought home toeagerly awaiting family. Can you really eat there not leave without a cheesecake!?! I?m usually pleased with The CheesecakeFactory especially when it?s not super crowded service is on point like it was today. However, it is a bit on the pricey side.My martini cost more than my appetizer meal. But I?m not going to say it wasn?t yummy.

The drink was delicious and the cheesecake was yummy. Service was friendly, we sat at the bar because it was really busy. I Gabe it a 3 ???? because my silverware was filthy... yuck! Food was still stuck on it, I don't even want to think about the plate.But everything else was great, I asked for plastic and ate my cheesecake.

Upon arrival, we had a 30 minute wait to be seated. The hostess politely collected my contact information and let us wait at the bar. The bartender was really good and she mixed some really good drinks for my friend and I. We received the text informing usthe table was ready shortly after receiving the drinks, so the wait time was no more than 20 minutes. After being seated at thetable, we were greeted by our waiter, Chase. He was very attentive and ensured we were happy during the visit. Unfortunately,several menu items we requested were out of stock, hence the 4 stars, but he recommended other options on the menu for us totry. We tried the egg roll sampler, and they were really good. Thank you Chase for the recommendation. The food was hot uponarrival to the table, and really good. Chase ensured we had water, drinks, napkins and whatever else we needed. He was reallygood at paying attention to detail while we were eating. Seems as though we couldn?t keep up with him, but it was a really goodexperience. I would definitely recommend this restaurant for your dining needs.

I was surprised by how good the food was. I had the Korean fried chicken and my partner had the chicken tacos both were good. We each had cheesecake the red velvet and the turtle both were ok. I didn't like all the cream cheese frosting and to be honest ithad more cake taste than cheesecake forward. Overall, it was ok. Our service was excellent after we were seated. Wait time: 1hour to be seated and 30 minutes for food. I wish they would offer gluten free options, like pasta and other foodoptions. Rating was based on the actual cheesecake itself and not the experience or service. Later foodies.

From the seating to the food, it was on point. The ambiance, customer service, wait time, and food was so fitting for my family and I. It was a much needed getaway from the usual restaurants that we usually go to! Our waitress was professional,knowledgeable and friendly. We?ll definitely be returning to try more on the menu
