Theo's Neighborhood Pizza, Mid-city

One-third of our order never arrived at the table. The staff seemed more focused on having fun and laughing than on serving customers. We ultimately decided to cancel the missing items and left. On our way home, we stopped by Pizza Hut instead.

The pizza was delicious, and the Caesar salad was equally tasty. However, I did have one complaint: the suggested tip amount when paying with a debit card felt a bit excessive. I understand that there are many employees to support, but waiting 10 minutes for forks after receiving your salad isn’t ideal. Customers often end up doing part of the work when the place is busy. My suggestion would be to enjoy the food and bring cash for a tip of your choosing. Overall, the food is great, but I noticed some front staff just standing around. If they want to recommend tips on the debit card, they need to improve their service. The one female staff member, however, was consistently busy and attentive.

Imagine my surprise when I was greeted by Uncle Phil after ordering. You gotta check out the other ones too! Pizza was great.

Very very friendly atmosphere and staff. My server's name was Stuart, very professional young man knew the menu and advised me on what to order. I ordered the wings and was very pleased! They were excellent and decided to order more to take home forlater. Will return and tell others about this hidden treasure. By the way after the young man finished serving us he bussedtables and swept the floor. Very clean place.

The pizza here is absolutely delicious and full of flavor. The sauce, cheese, and pepperoni are all exquisite. The prices are very reasonable and won't break the bank. The staff is extremely attentive, ensuring that all the tables are well taken care of. They checked on me several times, so I didn't feel like just another order; they clearly care about their customers.
